Scheduling Sessions
Sessions may be scheduled online at 8thElementCvac.com or you can call us to schedule at (828) 571-0440. Payment by card is due at the time of scheduling. You can enter your credit card online or we can do it manually for you on the phone. Our software system cannot “hold” a spot on the calendar without payment. You may choose to pay by cash or check when you arrive and your credit card will be refunded.

No Show Appointments: If you pre-schedule your sessions and miss one without calling to cancel, we will call you to make sure all is well. However, if you miss more than one and do not call to cancel in advance, you will be charged for the cost of a single session for each time you No Show without calling.

Eligibility for CVAC Participation
If you are sick , have a fever, or a sinus infection we respectfully request that you reschedule your session when you are well again. We reserve the right to reschedule any session if we perceive that someone is not well enough to be in the CVAC. We don’t want to “share” bacteria or viruses with others.
Anyone with a known blood clot or has not been cleared to fly in an airplane by a medical doctor is not eligible to be in the CVAC.

G-Force Platform
Your first session will need to be scheduled with a staff member for instructions on use. Once a person demonstrates safety with the use of the G force, it can be used independently. Sessions are 10 minutes each.

Note: If you have any questions or concerns about being in the CVAC, you need to check with your physician before participating. We are not responsible for making those decisions for you and want you to have a great experience, receiving the benefits of the CVAC system.
