Limited time for workouts? A 10 minute G-Force routine a few days a week is all it takes to enhance lymphatic detoxification and build bone density, all while standing on a dual motor vibration plate.
The G-force produces a rapid contraction and relaxation of the muscles to increase circulation, strength, flexibility, core stability and faster muscle recovery.
You can work independently or you can do a 30 minute work out with coach using the G-Force after your initial orientation session. We will add on the independent 10 minute session for you to whatever other service you schedule. If this is your first session, please book the 20 minute orientation session with Coach.
