Skilled therapy services are offered by the individual sole-proprietors Jean Coletti PT, Beth Carver, SLP; and Laura Dylus, PT.  A referral from your physician is required.  You have a choice about where you do your therapy!  We will contact you once we have the referral for a therapy evaluation and treatment.  Our FAX is (828) 585-2359.
